Holy Ghost Carp!!!

Some of you who frequent this port regular will know I am a carp addict. My quest for carp both by the waterside and at home never seems to stop.
Recently whilst doing homework of a Spanish carp investigation type. I picked up this holy ghost of a fish photo….

The divine photo (sun rays and all), was taken on Lago here in city centre Madrid. Sadly for me I am unable to fish this water as it falls into a very special category, it’s for O.A.P’s only, old age, mmh, that’s something I dont have as yet….

Trust me, I have donned the grey hair and flat cap to get on the water, but the guards keep a watchful eye out for youngsters like me.

Getting older and reaching retirement is a dread for some, but for me with this lake in mind I cannot wait, I just need my O.A.P card, rod and bait and I an off like a flash, down to Lago to pull out some blessed fish, with some luck this fish will still be alive when I’m 65, actually if it is it really would be a Spanish ghost carp!
