It doesn’t just rain in Spain, and it doesn’t always fall just on the plains. According to all sources, over the next week or so, much of Spain will be seeing heavy rainfall as a series of storms continues to move south and eastward over the Iberian peninsula. This pattern will also help to keep the cooler air pushing into Western Europe. So, how do we know the rain will be heavy?
Well, it seems this pattern that we are going into with the colder air continuing to push more and more into Western Europe will eventually lead to heavy rainfall with storms forming with more and more energy, models are showing the flow of the jet stream consistently into the Iberian peninsula, and experts are thinking it’s going to happen now.
The first pushes of this cold air both into early Sunday and again on Tuesday will not see much rainfall, but the storms that push through on Thursday into the weekend will see some heavy rainfall with them.
I will be out fishing on Friday night and Sat. let’s see how this predection helps or hinders the session.
