Dream Carp fishing house for Sale with Lake behind 600,000

Can you imagine yourself sitting on that patio in the photo on the right? The patio belongs to a house which has 5 bedroom, it’s special house at the foot of the Madrid Sierra. If you were sat on that patio now you would be enjoying hundreds of swallows flying around you, the buzz of dragonflys and red squirrels jumping from treas in your garden. Apart from that you would have some big fish swimming just behind you. Can you imagine? Cup of tea or bottle of wine on the table, receptor poised ready for a run? Sometime ago I mentioned this house and the family I have become friendly with whilst on my carp missions. The family have this amazing house up for sale, and it’s next to the best kept secret in Madrid. The best kept secret is the lake, I wont mention it’s name at this time, but for me it’s without question the best lake locally. I say this because of the stock of fish and there average size. I have never caught a fish smaller than 20lb from the lake and I have had two 40lb plus fish and we believe there is a 50lb commmon in the lake. Going back a month or so, I put some photos of the property on this blog. Now I have many more as you can see here. It’s an impressive house with 5 bedrooms, a massive kitchen, double garages (double), a lovely garden with various trees all of which backs onto the lake. The greatest thing about the house in my mind is the lake that sits behind. This is the lake where dreams have come true for me and a few others.If any of you have read my account of my first Spanish 40lb Carp from the Jason Rider Carping Journeys then you will know something more about what this lake has inside it. However like all good things in life. There comes a time when the bubble must burst and for the sake of progression or evolution, the cat get’s let out of the bag. Trust me, this one is too good, it’s an absolute diamond. If your thinking of buying a house next to a lake this is a carp fishing heaven.
As far as the price goes it’s up for something in the region of 600.000 euro. For a little piece of Spanish carp fishing heaven it’s not bad.
